The Slow Coffee Style Carafe Set, is designed to bring you the relaxing process of brewing pour over coffee in a simple and stylish way. It comes with a reusable stainless steel filter that can be used in place of a typical paper filters. While stainless steel filters do remove the need for paper filters, the larger holes allow more oils and particulates to pass through, resulting in a brew that is fuller and richer. It is recommended to use a coarser grind than you would use for a paper filter, to avoid over-extraction. The single walled filter allows for easy cleaning and is dishwasher safe. The subtle marking on the side of the carafe serves as a reference point for 1100ml and the filter holder doubles as a measuring cup for coffee beans.
